Hi I went here for dinner with my daughter tonight..it was so loud and noisy atmosphere.. waiter's can not even listen properly ..I have ordered egg fried rice and spicy fried rice no taste at all ..it was so blend food ..we have left half of the plate ..I have been here before so many times that time food was good but tonight it's so bad ..also service was not good ..we were still eating and 1 Asian girl came to table I don't know her name but short girl and wearing glasses she came to table and without asking did you finish or not she just said can I take your plates we were still eating that time ..I said we are still eating and she said oh but we are closing ..I said but there still 2 tables are here they haven't finished yet ..she just rolled her eyes make her face and gone into kitchen ..after that we left our food gone to counter to pay bill ..same girl eating her dinner I was standing there to pay ..and she asked are you here to pay ..I paid money and I said next time please ask that have you finish your food or not rather than can i take your plates and someone still eating ..she lied I did asked but she did not ..it was really bad experience.I will never go there again ...bad food and service and staff was so rude ..I have just wasted...

This was our 4th visit here, food has always been great, service slow as not enough staff but the food being amazing has generally made up for it. This time I made booking online and arrived 5 minutes early. Stood waiting to be taken to table but no one came so went to the counter and a table was pointed at to where we could sit. Sat for just shy of 20 minutes before my husband went up to ask for some water for the table and that we would like to order. Nothing until we called out to a young girl walking past who had just taken an order for a table that arrived 15 minutes after us. The girl was lovely and apologised, not her fault just not enough staff. Asked again for water p, a drink each and placed our order which didn’t take long to arrive at the table. Disappointed with the calamari as deep fried and could only taste the batter, the winner by hands down was the massaman shank, beautiful! Teriyaki chicken was dry and could not cut through it so ate with fingers. Restaurant was noisy but it was a Saturday night so was expected.Table not attended to during the whole meal. Couldn’t be bothered asking for another drink so just went up and paid. Not sure if we will come next time as this was a really poor experience only saved slightly the...

We read some reviews and the consensus seemed that the product is magnificent but the service can be lacking. We booked online, turned up and there was no booking for us but they did scramble to get us a table, we ordered drinks - a bottle of Reisling which they returned to advise they didn’t have…no probs we just ordered the Sav - the girl returned with a glass of Sav not a bottle - she went away and returned with a bottle. We ordered some starters and made it clear we’d order more once we’d eaten the starters and knew how we felt - the waitress agreed this was a great idea. We got our soup and grilled steak and tamarind sauce salad. They were excellent, beautiful, really really enjoyed them. We then sat there for over an hour watching many disappointed people having to wait for tables that they’d booked or mains coming before entres and a waiter/waitress to come take our second order - we were pretty well ignored.
