Shared a great breakfast with a mate at this cafe this morning. Excellent food, drinks and service despite a minor oversight in missing one drink but they completely “owned” the error and took immediate and sincerely apologetic steps to make amends (which unfortunately for many businesses and their customers is very rare these days). Popped into Cafe 37 for a coffee and cake. The long black coffee was good and the orange cake was ok (probably from the day before as the strawberry on top was not fresh, but the cake was still moist). The coffee was slow to be delivered and the staff where friendly, but probably need to take it to the next level to make you feel welcome and a valued customer. Had brunch there for 6 people. Some very nice food there with a nice menu. I had the bacon breakfast and it was very nice. Although the bacon was a bit overdone it was very tasty. Coffee was very nice. Milkshakes nice as were the juices. We sat inside and although close to the till it wasn't overly crowded. Staff not over friendly but we did choose a busy time. They certainly were not nasty at all but the busy time showed.
