Terrible. I couldn’t order an iced coffee with the milk of my choice as that would require them to make up a new batch (as they make bulk ahead of time) so my options were to choose something else or have a pre-made iced coffee with full cream milk that I can’t drink.
Dirty water cups were mixed with the clean and every surface was either covered in grime or coffee grounds. The girl on the till didn’t care to offer any customer service and was very rude/abrasive when ordering.
If you want anything off the hot menu, you have to grab it out of the fridge yourself (with your hands, mind you) and cook it in an old sandwich press in the corner. Keep in mind you will need to share this sandwich press with other diners, all of who are, again using their hands to place things in/out as there aren’t serving utensils. Totally gross.
The last straw was when we asked for some serviettes and were given two individual soggy pieces of kitchen paper towel from a roll that had been sitting in a wet spot on...
Read moreWhatever you do in this life, do not go to this cafe. This is likely the worst and most baffling cafe I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. On ordering, the completely apathetic staff hand you pre-made sandwiches and wraps to toast yourself queueing with everyone else to use a standard $30 Kmart press. It took 25 minutes before asking staff where our two coffees were and unsurprisingly, both were forgotten. No apology, no explanation. The avocado on sourdough is literally half an avo with two slices that you have the privilege of toasting yourself.
If the team working there read this, maybe take a name or give a number so that your staff don’t spend half their shift walking around aimlessly searching for coffee orders.
There’s also one QR code for checking in on the wall. Although we were there for almost an hour, not a single customer used it. Concerning.
I’m stunned how this place is...
Read moreWorst experience eating out. Ordered Avo toast. Front Staff checked in back and said we have it. He gave me a heads up that I have to make it by my own. I was given two piece of cold sourdough bread and half a avocado and two pieces of lemon. Tried to toast near front staff area but couldn’t leave the food unattended as birds were seen around. Just warmed the bread. The avo was hard and unriped and the cutlery was takeway wooden ones. Ended up dropping a piece of hard avo on floor while staining my white cloth. The butter was in a regular tub. One of the other customer gave after she used and said had to put it back on fridge after use. What a waste of time and money if everything has to be done by self. What’s the point of paying if even the food quality was poor. I could have made it at my own kitchen and would taste 10times...
