Almost brand new we ventured to TokyoTaco because we were familiar with the one in Newtown.
When we arrived we weren’t familiar with the menu. A confident female employee realised this and jumped in to explain a few things she also helped with portion sizes.
We landed to getting tacos. Had to try a taco- miso salmon- and it didn’t disappoint. We also ordered corn, tostada braised beef, BBQ corn ribs, chips for the little one and a custom plain rice for the kiddo.
There was a minor error at til. Which was corrected when drawn to attention before check out. They were similarly named items to be fair. And they were learning. All employees were lovely and you could tell there was an excitement in the air since its opening night was tonight.
Yum.yum yum....
