Had a really well made flat white to go. Service was friendly and warm. Steadily busy which means the beans are turning over and remaining fresh. Small but quality selection of cakes/treats.

They clearly take their craft seriously with a variety of beans to suit your coffee style. Multiple high spec grinders. Scales are used to measure out grind weight prior to pulling their shots and milk jugs with temp guides in place - all to minimise variables so they can give consistent, high quality results.

If I was local I would make this my go to coffee shop. You can also buy their beans at a reasonable price ($16.50 for 250g of their flagship blend. Single origin varied but one was $19). Roast dates were all pretty recent (1-2 weeks). I might just buy some...

The couple who own Wynd Expresso Cafe in Cotton Tree makes my coffee each morning perfectly each morning with passion & love puting into it while making your brew that starts your morning off to a beautiful feeling! Their barista is second to none, & has the most beautiful flavours through their coffee with a really subtle aroma. I wandered in on a busy Sunday morning, and was still able to nab a little table in the corner, was the recipient of quick and fantastic service, and the best espresso I've had in a very long time. Followed it with a long black almost immediately, and hustled back early the next morning for another crack. The place itself has a really intimate vibe, without forcing you to rub shoulders with other customers, and it wasn't a hard decision to pick up a bag of their roasted-in-house single origin...
