Had a really well made flat white to go. Service was friendly and warm. Steadily busy which means the beans are turning over and remaining fresh. Small but quality selection of cakes/treats.
They clearly take their craft seriously with a variety of beans to suit your coffee style. Multiple high spec grinders. Scales are used to measure out grind weight prior to pulling their shots and milk jugs with temp guides in place - all to minimise variables so they can give consistent, high quality results.
If I was local I would make this my go to coffee shop. You can also buy their beans at a reasonable price ($16.50 for 250g of their flagship blend. Single origin varied but one was $19). Roast dates were all pretty recent (1-2 weeks). I might just buy some...

Followed it with a long black almost immediately, and hustled back early the next morning for another crack.
