So disappointed I have to leave a negative review, but I have to be honest. It is my local coffee shop and they’ve been great for years but recently it’s really slipped. Used to great when John and his family worked there but recently the high turnover of staff and staff who don’t really seem to care or engage with the customers has meant the coffee shop just isn’t great. Disappointing visit to 21 Grams. Always a worry when the ‘hot food’ is in the fridge window and heated up on the sandwich press. My breakfast burrito was hot on the outside and stone cold in the middle. My $9 wrap/burrito (chosen partly on price) and coffee totalled $18- when I queried the price they said the price on the fridge was wrong and came around and corrected it to $13. Thought I probably should’ve got it for the price marked but didn’t stick around to argue....

Google reviews have become such a critical factor for small businesses that you really have to think hard before giving anyone less than 5 stars. There's not much a cafe has to do to get 5 stars. Get your coffee right and you'll be fine. Well, my coffee came before the food despite having specifically requested otherwise.
