House of Thai Dee Why — Restaurant in Sydney

I am so appalled by the disgusting service from this restaurant, I wish I could rate it 0 stars. Just tried to do an over the phone order and was so rudely spoken to by both the staff and the manger. Online it states its free delivery over $25 my order was over $40 and they refused to give me free delivery and 10% off for my first delivery and also changed the prices of their food when I had the new and updates prices right in front of me. I decided to order somewhere else out of fear of them sabotaging my order if I placed it with them...They were so rude I will never order from them and will tell all I know not to order from them....

We were with 3 persons, of whom two were served their order together while the third person had to wait more than another 15 minutes before his order arrived. When he brought this lack of proper service politely to the attention of the owner, he became exceptionally rude, thereby, precluding any reasonable conversation. The problem is that this restaurant appears to handle a great deal of take-out orders which places a high demand on the kitchen staff interfering with efficient attention to the diners whom are further confronted with the two-way, continuous traffic, right through the dining area, of motorcycle drivers collecting...

I would say that is one of the best in Northern Beaches. The food is delicious; they have plenty of variety of food. Different noodles, fried rices, and the starters are so good! Their price is good, definitely worth a try. Our favourite dishes are the hokkien noodles, tom yum fried rice and the cashew nuts, soft shell crab and calamari rings simply amazing! In addition, another thing that is very good of them is the delivery when you order that.
