When I looked at the menu, I found myself in the Vegan Palace. With so many choice and delicious for certain, the long way travel to Cabramatta paid off. Coming in the lunch time when only serves take away. For ten bucks, you may have a big bowl rice with three vegan choices out of 8 to 10 varieties (refer to hot bar photos.) Here is the big band series. With 2 dollars more, I asked them to cook from the menu. The Anlac Pot Rice was shocking delicious. After soaked and prepared, green- bean-vermicelli was spread on the rice where others are rest on top of it. I could not find my way to adjust the crispy and taste of the green bean to that suitable. The sliced shiitake, the shaped carrot, all of them are so natural, and were there to satisfy current situation when most of people are in strong taste. The dish is there whispering, could you please adjust your taste to mild, that is good to your health. Having lunch on the bench of “To best in the highest excellence” place with such a nice weather is not a bad idea any way. The food are much for more than one person. When I asked them to do Allium Free when ordering, the “I know you already” smile makes me feels like I have found the mate. Western or vegan like me with natural taste, may ask them to reduce the oily and salty when cook. No problem. That’s what they expect. Try to speak English slowly. For me, it doesn’t matter when I am in the Vietnamese language jungle. Suggest the restaurant gradually replace the cutlery with environment friendly material. Such as paper containers, etc. With this small improvement, the restaurant certainly will lead the way to the core idea on why they set up this restaurant. Vietnamese drinks are already popular in the world. So does those vegan drinks. Red kidney beans, Lentils, small sago, corns, red beans, pearl barley, seaweed, and more. So many varieties that are beyond your imagination. Among them, the Sticky rice and blackeye beans topping with coconut was the best I like. Spend $2 more for such great sweet was very delightful. Suggest to reduce Shitake mushroom condense powder or MSG in the soup to suit modern Australian taste. 看到菜单, 我有点无法想象,简直就是素食者的宫殿. 这么多品种,炒, 炖,煎,炸,色拉,汤,粉,面,点心,冷盘,团菜,还有各种饮品, 都是全素(无蛋无奶,无五辛)。看来从老远赶到Cabramatta 还是值得的。 中午时间只供应外卖,10元钱一大碗饭选三菜(8-10个中选三,见照片中的热吧)。 加到12元,我就直接可以点现做的热炒了, 点了安乐瓦煲饭。炸鸡红饭。 安乐瓦煲饭: 很入味的粉丝懒洋洋地铺在了米饭上面, 自叹不如,没有办法把四季豆的脆和咸度,调得如此妥贴。 事先准备好的香菇,切成形状的胡萝卜,一切都来得如此自然,又满足了现在大多数人重口味的需要。整盘饭在轻声细语地劝你,把口味稍微调淡一些,多身体有好处。一盘饭量很足,一个人还吃不完。 甜品也是多种多样,红腰豆,小扁豆,小西米,玉米,红豆,薏米,海带等都是甜品的组成部分,其中,糯米眉豆上加椰奶的是我的最爱,口感不是很甜,花多2元钱能吃上如此甜品真是蛮惬意的。 点菜时特地关照要没有五辛时店员会心的微笑, 有点找到同道中人的感觉。 吃得淡的西人或者像我一样喜欢注重食物自然口感的,...

It's been a while since I've been here. It's still busy and still a little quishy inside

Rice paper rolls were better than expected

I tried the broken rice combination,vege style! It doesn't taste anything like the real thing. But it's nice in its own way. The pork strips was nice,the pork patty was strange and the pork chop part was a soy based patty which I've eaten at plenty of other places. There was also this egg which wasn't a real egg,I liked this! The outer white part of the egg was Crispy,it's like a wanton egg

My mum had the hainan chicken which was not like the real thing and was fried. It was a little burnt and hard to eat

The missus had this rice dish,not much taste to it but still ok. Prices are resasonable,food came out at reasonable rate

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a com tam from this place and was absolutely disgusted when I got home and opened the container, the food was MOULDY. Yes, actual mould growing on the food. I don't know how something like that even makes it out of the kitchen, but clearly there’s zero quality control or basic food safety standards being followed here.

It's not just disappointing—it’s dangerous. Serving mouldy food is a serious health risk, and it makes you seriously question what else is going on behind the scenes. How long had that food been sitting there? Does anyone even check what’s being sent out?

Just completely unacceptable.This place needs to be inspected. Until then, do yourself a favour and go literally...

Love this place! Their food are tasty and love their banh xeo and their BBH. Love how they have already made food displayed at the front of the store for those who do not wish to dine in and want to get some take away for later. We always end up walking out with take away for dinner or lunch for the next day! Highly recommend this vegetarian restaurant.

As a vegan I very much approve of this fine institution. The food is very very good just as it is and also as a mock meat alternative. A bit heavy on the flavours perhaps but seriosuly they're all prepared really well. Aside from being tasty the food is also very cheap and affordable and I cannot wait to come back as this is not my first time :p

Love this place! Their food are tasty and love their banh xeo and their BBH. Love how they have already made food displayed at the front of the store for those who do not wish to dine in and want to get some take away for later. As a vegan I very much approve of this fine institution. The food is very very good just as it is and also as a mock meat alternative. A bit heavy on the flavours perhaps but seriosuly they're all prepared really well.
