Food is good, but customer service could be better. They forgot beef pho, and we didn't confirm the spring rolls we received mainly focused on missing meal. We drove another 30 mins to retrieve the meal, and when we arrived, they questioned how many spring rolls we received, knowing they possibly forgot some. I was unsure, so they assumed I had everything and they gave me my pho, and I'm home again to find my meal is still missing items. Regarding customer service, throw the additional spring rolls in if both you and the customer are unsure... especially when the customer needs to drive out of their way to correct...

The food here is fine, we got a crispy pork bahn mi and the beef pho. The pho was overly sweet and didn't taste of a lot and the bhan mi was lacking in veg to balance the meat (although to be fair, there was a ton of meat which was good)! On the upside, the pho portion was huge.

I'm not really sure why there are so many 5 star reviews for this place, but after a quick check of the Instagram account of one of the guys who works here has posts about his boss challenging him to get x number of reviews for the place, which makes me think some are not genuine.

Ordered home delivery, and instead ringing the doorbell or leaving the food at the front door, the package was left in a driveway where it remained undiscovered for an hour despite a few searches.
