My wife and I went to fusion point for lunch but we was half an hour early for lunch so we had a light breakfast wife had the banana bread she liked it, I had the melt cheese and tomato on toast it was ok nice and melted cheese but the tomato wasn’t warm still cold. When half hour went we ordered lunch wife had the chicken and prawn pasta it was too oily and I had the chicken Schnitzel on a Turkish bread it was fine taste. The service was busy but one or two of them was a bit rude when I ask for some water we eventually got the water when I ask for some ice the service person interrupted me and said “we are a bit busy at the moment” in a frustrating ton at me I understand that it was busy and all but I was just asking if we could have some ice in a our cup or a jug. Plus once we ordered our meal it took about 30 plus minutes for it to be served to us. So that’s why I gave it a 3 star food was ok but needs a bit of an improvement and yes sorry if the place was short staffed and very busy place but no need for a rude and snappy reply. The rock Juice was very nice and unique.

Love an "All Day Breakfast"! Sometimes one feels like having breakfast later - like after a lazy sleep in or a laze around the beach in the morning. No judgement. We did just that and will definitely be coming back. The traditional Big Breaky did not disappoint. We appreciate the fact that they kept it traditional, particularly the beans! Tired of other places "updating or modernizing" baked beans... Dang it, leave'em alone! The portion size was satisfying and the price was fair. My only sticking point was that I prefer my eggs scrambled, they do offer that option but at an additional $2. I could not justify the added upcharge for a quick, crack and wisk, so I went with the poached while my husband ordered fried. Their coffee is really good and will be swinging by just to grab one again. Best sized cups we have come across and our lattes were perfect! Foam and all. Seriously, was top notch. Outdoor seating is ample, shaded and a real bonus. Service was friendly and quick. We will be back.

Our favourite is The Greek Breakfast; poached eggs, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, pesto and their home made chilli jam on sourdough. It is so so delicious. They have a massive kids menu but our little one loves the Ricotta Berry Pancakes with banana from the main menu - and always finishes the entire, massive serving cause it's so scrumptious. The service is always 5 stars and super quick! You can tell the owner/operators have put their heart and soul into running the cafe - they are always there to make sure you get the best service, food & drinks. The coffee is perfect, they have a great head-barista, always happy and cheerful and makes a mean latte. Highly recommend visiting for breakfast and/or lunch - they have all-day breakfast and something on the menu for everyone - including a beer and wine menu for the perfect afternoon drink to accompany our weekend burger at lunch. A must-visit when in Manly.

Really feel this restaurant could use a management haul. Although I will give them the appraisal of attentive wait staff, and pleasant exchanges of our waitress, however A gentlemen I’m presuming possibly a manager? Repeatedly walked behind my chair to serve other tables, and each time knocking me. Now, the tables are barely 1.5 metres apart, let alone some simple common knowledge of creating a direct path to other tables. The same gentleman re-arranged a plate of food before delivering it to a table with his bare hands. I watched this man touch absolutely everything, and then food... explain to me how this is practice of safe food handling and hygiene? He isn’t a chef, why is he touching the bagel on the plate? His personal hygiene was below standards of a cafe wait staff. Remember your staff reflect your business. Upon leaving, I watched another young girl grab straws and spoons touching them again with her hands and shoving them into drinks.... like c’mon guys! Simple steps, avoid customer observations which lead to negative reviews. It’s simple hygiene. These wait staff are constantly touching their hair, face, dirty tables, dirty utensils and plates, and not once did I see one wash their hands.

It’s incredibly hard to find a cafe these days, where you aren’t constantly reminding staff for cutlery, the extra side you ordered that didn’t come on your plate... basic food presentation. And since when is a bagel served in a bowl? Do you know how hard it is to eat an egg and bacon bagel in a bowl? Finally, when leaving and paying, the women behind this desk had about as much personality as the butter-less piece of toast I received. My meal was ok, thanks for asking....

If you don’t enjoy working in customer service let alone owning a business that requires a high standard of customer experience, then...

Fusion Point was a very nice experience. I walked up to the menu which was hanging off the main window of the restaurant. A friendly waitress appeared and explained that breakfast was an all day affair and that there were also a number of specials. I took a seat outside and a menu appeared in no time. I ordered one of the specials which was crusted salmon and scallops over a lemon infused risotto. I also ordered a glass of sauvignon blanc and within 90 seconds it appeared together with some very cold water. The dish I ordered was $29 which I thought was reasonable given the quality of ingredients and the skill in its execution. Its very easy to overcook risotto but it and the fish were cooked to perfection and were seasoned well also. The salmon had a nice crust on it and the scallops a nice char. The risotto had a very delicate flavour and paired very well with the seafood. I ordered a second glass of wine and this time it was a Chardonnay and although I didn't catch its origin was crispy and fresh with melon like overtones. A true delight to have with the main. I finished with a baklava and it too had a crispy outer and a sweet and guey texture. A real joy! The service was very friendly and helpful! I had a few words with the owner who told me she had been there for 21 years and I am not surprised! Here's to...

Went for breakfast on Sunday morning. Was reasonably busy but got seated straight away. Ordered a coffee which was exceptional but unfortunately that was the only good part of the meal. I ordered the big breakfast and added avocado and a routine, my partner ordered the Italian breakfast. Everything on both plates was extremely average. We dine out for breakfast most Sunday mornings and this was by far the worst meal we've had in a long time. The avocado I added was brown and veiny inside although it was removed from the bill. Scrambled eggs were bland and Luke warm when they arrived. In fact that is a good way to describe everything on the plate. I'm not much of a cook at all and I cook tastier breakfasts than this at home. My partner agreed that all of hers was definitely not restaurant quality. I've seen many good reviews of this place so maybe we just happened to get a bad day but it was enough for us not to return except maybe for a take away coffee. Guy working the front desk/till gave off a really bad vibe. He clearly didn't want to be there and was rude and blunt. At one stage he disappeared and came back with a bag of lollies that he started eating at the desk while playing on his phone while customers waited to pay....
