B2b's Grilled Portuguese Chicken & Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

Absolutely Incredible!!

I was very apprehensive about a restaurant with SUCH high ratings, they were not lying. This place is extremely good.

While my friends and I were chatting waiting for our order, we received chicken ribs and garlic bread ON THE HOUSE — FOR FREE?!!! I’ve never received such detailed and heartwarming service before. And it tasted so delicious, I definitely recommend the bbq basting sauce.

We all ordered different things, but for me the Chicken Thigh skewers and Paella were the standout! So juicy and mouthwatering, and veggies so fresh! Paella was not mushy at all and the rice had absorbed all the chicken flavour. Also tried the whole chicken, scrumptious. Chips were just right and you could sprinkle more paprika and chicken salt to your liking!

To top it all off, after we’ve been chatting around 20 mns after we finished eating, they served us a FREE ROUND OF ICE CREAM!! Like we didn’t even know they had ice cream! And they just put it into perfect little cups with spoons.

They also specified to give the purple cup to me because I was wearing purple that day with purple hair 🥹🥹 I was on the verge of tears this place was sooooo welcoming and homey, made me feel like I was visiting a close relatives place and they won’t let me wait without something in my belly. They definitely have gained another loyal customer, I’ll be coming back a lot more.

We just finished dinner with our family at B2B's tonight, leaving with all our bellies full and smiles on all our faces because this place has one of the best food, best value and best customer service - hands down!! We had counted in the last few months that we would have ordered from there at least 3-4 times a month ( our only regret that we tried and discovered this place earlier!) Our family had been hooked on their delicious charcoal roast chicken ...and their super addictive sauce!!! Lemon garlic is our family's favourite. Seriously, they could make a fortune selling that stuff!!! 👌🤤 Honestly, I preference B2B's roast chicken and chips and their garlic bread over any other chicken shop. It's juicier, better flavour and their value and outstanding customer service seriously beats all the other places by far!

We have so much respect for the owners who are consistently generous to all their customers- we were offered their most delicious garlic bread (which i would happily pay for)but they would offer it to us whenever we order there.

Tonight was the icing on the cake when the owner asked their server who was already super busy with orders, to run after us to give my daughter a Lindt chocolate bunny. Seriously who does that?! Definitely a must visit!

I have eaten twice here and both visits have been amazing i was a little disappointed on my second visit as I noticed my burger bun was cold and un toasted however it was great only issue there is I had to eat it before the chips otherwise it turns soggy and cold in doing so I had to sacrifice the chips as by the time I enjoyed the burger the chips were cold. However I just want to say that there customer service is outstanding there was a short wait which they compensated with a complimentary cheesy garlic flat bread which tasted amazing if you want to be too picky you could say it was a little too toasted however that did not bother me at all my first visit there everything was perfect the reason I didn't leave a review on that visit is because I wanted to see consistency as my food especially the burger was amazing however it was quiet at that time this time I went when service was a little busier to test the consistency which lacked a little in the quality of the food I will be back again and hopefully we can change this to a 5 star review.
