If I could give zero stars I would. I'm not a big review writer but I felt it was important to say something about this place. First of all, they did not acknowledge my presence as a customer whatsoever, despite them seeing me (to me already a reason to avoid the place). Once I was eventually acknowledged, I ordered a coffee and a croissant, also POLITELY asking if the croissants where fresh from the morning: I got the worst and ugliest look from the lady (I suppose the owner), who rolled her eyes, looked at me as if she was disgusted and gave me an answer which I didn't grasp, leaving me hanging. Although I will never want to pay this shop a visit ever again, I have some very precious advice for these owners (especially the Lady), i.e. to revise their customer service manners. Everyone...
Read moreDelicious authentic food especially their Vietnamese range. Good variety of baked goods too from cakes to cupcakes, pastries and savoury treats like Aussie pies, sausage rolls etc plus their freshly baked loaves and rolls. If there's something to recommend to eat, it's definitely hands up their new Vietnamese rolls (grilled lemongrass chicken/pork) - available in noodle salads too, my family's favourite! And of course, I never leave without a cappuccino for mum and a iced chocolate for myself. Friendly staff who remember you and love to greet you by name. Definitely be back...

This is unheard of in Australia, and the most shocking, appalling and rude customer service I ever experienced in Australia, their English is also very hard to understand. This place (Sweet Delight Bakery) is a far cry from sweet...
