Waited 40 minutes for a couple of skewers and not even during a rush?! The staff are so disorganised, and there was no communication about the delay. Horrible service. If you’re looking for a place where you want mid skewers for a 40 minute wait this is the place to go!!!! And no apology for the wait. Definitely do not recommend this place at all.

FYI, I think an apology would've been more sincere than blaming the customer for YOUR fault. I find this response quite rude and dismissive. I did, in fact, wait 40 minutes for my order and even asked staff what was happening with it (being told it was only another 5 minutes which later turned into another 10 minutes). And being told the average wait time is 10–20 minutes doesn’t change the fact that my experience was far from that. Absolute ridiculous. Very disappointed with this potato stick. Very oily and also did not take order correctly. Hopefully will be better next time.

Edited: "Just to clarify, I didn’t want to throw the potato sticks away after buying them because I don't believe in wasting food. However, they were so soggy and oily that I had to try re-cooking them at in the oven hence taking the potatoes off the sticks, , hoping to make them crispy. Unfortunately, even that didn’t work.

First time I went the seasoning was so good. I had the beef and corn skewer and the beef was sweet and juicy like Bo Luc lac so I was excited to go back. However, Today the skewers were all too spicy and it was supposed to be mild. The flavours were so mid and all of the meat was so dry.
