By far the worst experience I have had with Boost - both products and service. Ordered two drinks - Blended juice and all berry bang. I gave her a digital boost member card (in Stocard apps) to scan and she failed to scan (which is fine it happens) so I told her to just enter the number manually (which is what boost people usually do). Instead of willingly typing in the number, she told me to “maybe you should just install boost apps” next time. I understand where she’s coming from but that lack of friendliness when she suggested it, is not OK. I have been using Stocard apps for last 4-5 years, and no one from Boost ever find it too difficult to just enter a couple of digits on the computer.
During the order, I was asked if I wanted ice in my juice, I said yes, but my juice was room temperature and was no where cold. My usual order, all berry bang was not blended enough, it’s VERY ICY and I practically have to chew the ice. I have never been so disappointed with the quality of the drinks. Not to mention a lady before me, waited a while for her drink and ordered a blended juice as well. When she got the drink, it was not cold either! She stated she was late because she had to wait for her drinks and the end product wasn’t even satisfactory!

Read moreIncredibly slow - I work in the Broadway centre and would often go to Boost on my break for a quick pick-me-up, but sometimes I would spend the entire 15 minutes standing around waiting for my drink which is unreasonable. The place is understaffed considering the high demand and the staff who do work there are slow and have forgotten to include things in my orders a couple of times as well. From now on I'll go to Starbucks instead; despite the demand there they are a lot more efficient.
This is more of a Boost problem as a whole, but the straws are too small for the drinks as well. Recently bought a drink that included "dates" (they were actually sultanas) and the sultanas kept getting stuck in the straw so I couldn't drink it. Went back for a refund and the only option available to me was a cash refund which was fine. I asked if I should hand the drink back as well and the manager said no and told me to "try and finish it" and offered to give me a second straw as if that one wouldn't just get jammed as well. Read morei work at retail shop..i ordered my juice and i mention i will come back for pick up..it was not my first time i did it..but that time was busy,i came back around 1 hours later n asked my juice..the one girl (she is look like supervisor) said she already throw it away and couldn’t remake for me cause sitting there more than an hour..but i said i mention it n i point where i worked that time..so normally they keep for me in the fridge if i mention i will come back for pick up..also she is know me where i work as well..sometimes i came 2 times to pick my order, it hadnt’ ready or sometimes they missed my order and i have to wait again for 40minutes..so i don’t know they made my order or real for throw it away..if i say i ordered 30min ago, im pretty sure she will remake for me..but being honest sometimes made...
