Breadtop Cabramatta — Restaurant in Sydney

I went here because of the franchise name. I ever bought bread in Melbourne. It is the first place that I have a chance to try delicious bread from this franchise. Yesterday I came to Breadtop Cabramatta. Service at check out needs training in pleasantness . They should at least say "thank you". We are "BUYING your food, not Begging " .

I ordered pork floss loaf. They said in very mad face. You have to wait I will check inside. I waited inside the shop more than 10 minutes. One of lady a the back came to ask me. I told her I am waiting for pork floss loaf. She was quite nice to me. She told lady that showing mad face to me to bring it. She didn't say any words like "Sorry for keep you waiting or Thank you". I don't understand you know that customer waiting for it why they don't bring it straightaway. I bought more than $20 to get a little cup for $2. They didn't put it my bag. I took it by myself and open to check a condition and style. I would like to change the style so I take another one. One of the lady at the counter shouted very loud voice "NO CHANGE NO CHANGE". Everyone in the shop looked at me like I was stealing something. She had a very bad manner to customer. If it can't change you should show term and condition to customer or talk to me in polite manner. Please don't do like this to other customer. You was not the owner.

One more thing, I saw one of the lady put a bread tray on garbage bin. I think it is not a good way to do that. You should care about cleanliness. Food safety is very important for the food shop . It involves storing, handling, and preparing of food carefully to reduce the spread of bacteria and minimises your risk of becoming sick, or causing illness in people who eat the foods...

I don't like most of their range but the things I do like are really yummy. Their savoury stuff is mostly blegh... I think the only thing I like is the ham and cheese scroll. My favourites are the green tea and red bean buns, fujisan, donuts, cream cone and custard bun. I like keeping the packaged sliced butter cake in my handbag for a treat. I sometimes like the cold sweets like mango pudding but I find the consistency is not the same each time I buy it. The worst ones I've tried was the snow white roll, it was so plain and odd tasting and has so much preservatives in it. Really regretting buying that before checking the ingredients. The pork floss was awful too. Actually, it was nice but in the middle was this mayo sauce thing that really ruined the entire bun. Would be way nicer without that awful white sauce in the middle. I haven't tried the cakes, they are expensive and look mediocre. Overall, I still like Breadtop but their products are...

very very bad customer service, last time my mum bought a bread from there & the cashier gave my mum the wrong changes so my mum asked me to went back & told her that $1 short on change & the same rude staff didnt knew she made a mistake, we had to argued with her then she hand the $1 back to us without apology & also the looked at her face (such a malaka).! & today i went back there just to get my sausage bun, there are 2 people in cashiers & 2 of them served for 1 customer in front of me.! oh my god why dont they served each customer not the same customer.! They should’ve hided friendly staff...
