I really wanted to enjoy my experience at Bro Potcha but it ended up being super frustrating. The place felt very unorganised from the start. They have screens set up for ordering food, but they don’t even work properly. We placed our order twice on the screens and waited around 30 minutes, only to finally ask a staff member why nothing had come out. That’s when we found out the orders never even went through, despite us placing them both times.
It’s really disappointing, especially when you’re hungry and expecting at least some level of service. If they’re going to have a self-ordering system, it should actually work—or at least staff should check in when things clearly aren’t running smoothly.

Read moreMy friends and I recently visited Bro Pocha in Strathfield and had a fantastic dining experience! We ordered the chicken and the army stew, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, while the army stew had a rich, hearty broth with a great mix of ingredients that brought out authentic Korean flavors.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was vibrant and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the night. Overall, Bro Pocha is a must-visit for anyone craving amazing Korean food in Strathfield. I can't wait to come back and try more items from the menu! Highly...

We came here on a Friday night around 11pm expecting it to be packed as it was one of the only restaurants open and turns out we were the only customers there. Ordered an "extra large pork bone hot pot" to share between 2 which cost $70. There was not much pork bone but about 40% of it actually consisted of whole potatoes. It also only came with one serving of rice which was ridiculous for an "extra large" hotpot clearly meant for sharing. The food itself actually tasted alright and the service was good. It's just a shame that the prices are exorbitant for...
