I always go to this franchise because it’s usually so great especially the Bankstown one. However, the experience at the Burwood location recently was unpleasant to say the least. The lady at the counter had her long hair out the whole time and it kept grazing over all the skewers she was packing up. When it came to my order, I ended up finding a hair wrapped around my chicken soft bone skewer which I had to take out of my mouth. More of a 3.5 star. If you want non spicy option it’s either salt and pepper (which has sesame in it) or curry flavour. We choose curry which comes out with flakes on it. It was nice but my kids didn’t like it. Very limited seating inside. Decent amount of choices. Wait was reasonable. Prices is standard with other places...
