Broaster Chicken Broadway — Restaurant in Sydney

I first ordered the Porto burger and was blown away, it’s what a Hot Ogalo burger should taste like but rarely does anymore as they’ve franchised. So the next night I ordered the Broadway burger and again was amazed at how it tasted like the most perfect version of a quarter pounder you could imagine. Shamefully the next night I ordered the Kentucky burger which was also lovely but didn’t have that same level of wow factor compared to other fried chicken burgers I’ve had before. I let half a week pass and then ordered the Famous burger which was like a Big Mac on steroids bursting with flavour. To cap it all off the prices are not absurd and you can have a burger with chips and a drink for around $20 when many gourmet burger joints are pushing $30 for a combo and more than $20 alone for the burger which is just ridiculous pricing. Because of that I rarely order from those places as they’re not good value for money. However Burgers on Broadway by offering excellent quality at a more reasonable cost than most gourmet burger joints means I could easily order from here weekly with no problems at all. Take 60 minutes to process a simple order request then cancel with no warning? Pathetic. Let’s hope the owners go out of business as quickly as the previous tenant.

Update: The fact that you’re too clueless to realise that there is a documented trail of the order, including it’s acceptance, cancellation and refund via a delivery platform indicates your limited value as a business person. The community will form their own view around your decision to deny and lie about the situation rather than take any level of accountability. I decided to try the all day special $15 for a can of coke, large fries and chicken burger 🍔 i sat outside 😋 to eat. The chicken burger was tasty 😋 better than i thought it would be. The chips were hot and crisp 👌and large. I couldn't finish the chips..everything was fresh 😋 broaster chicken services fresh chicken pieces 😋 tenders and wings all the food is fresh so are there Juices. The staff were friendly and helpful.
