At home thai cuisine (Glebe) — Restaurant in Sydney

Most Thai restaurants in Sydney are quick, cheap and reasonable price, and make when you order. Some cater for vegan and special request for dietary reasons. This place.is no different, except, I'm a vegetarian and if I ask for vegetarian in any Thai place, they give me fish sauce, and leave the egg in my Pad See Eiu. So I usually ask for vegan and said eggs are ok. Normally don't have a problem. I also can't take garlic or onion or mushrooms at the moment. I politely asked them, explained and their impatient and disgruntle staff said 'we don't usually put egg' and she angrily put in the order, and the dish came out with mushroom still.

And I saw cockroaches crawling pass me... so my appetite just sank to the bottom.

I would suggest restaurant to put up a sign if you don't have the patience to cater for special diet. So we will stay clear of you and gladly travel to somewhere else that will. Thai is one cuisine that.is of abundance in this city, but not many has good...

Very rich and thick soup and flexibility of menu choices.

Ordered their tomyum noodle soup from the menu and customised it with egg noodles and roasted duck instead of the options they have on the menu and it turned out great. Very rich and thick soup unlike most of the tomyum soup you can find here that are on the watery side.

Tom kha was very rich and creamy as well. Great flavours with the chicken wings that are cooked nicely

Ordered beef curry the beef was expired and tasted like vomit. Had to change the order into another type of meat cuz I got paranoid about the beef they serve in this restaurant must be old . me and my friend couldn't even swallow the beef cuz it was bad. I went to tell the female chef but she refuses to accept my suggestions on tasting it herself so got a chicken curry to replace the beef. The chicken was ok but it still can't satisfy my needs cuz I wanted beef not chicken. Restroom is downstairs and looks very dirty and inconvenient to get to. Never go there again, one of the worst Thai restaurants ever...
