i ordered a matcha milk tea ($6), iced taro latte ($6) and fairy bread ($6) as well. At the cashier, i asked the lady TWO TIMES if the drink came with pearls and she said yes both times. However upon receiving the drink, there were no pearls. I asked the same woman where the pearls were but she said the drink had no pearls and then said they didnt have pearls. The fairy bread had a scarcity of rainbow sprinkles as well and tasted MID. Do not recommend. The taro latte had chunks of taro powder still in it and tasted like milk.

Contrary to prior reviews I found the service, pricing and quality excellent. Ordered a salmon bagel from the window, was pleasantly surprised to see it being made fresh. Coffee was delicious and naturally being in a library the atmosphere was quiet with the clicking of keys on a keyboard. The big windows let in wonderful light really lifting the overall feel.

If you have nothing better else to do and want to waste your time and money and chow down on some stone cold lunch, this is definitely the place for you!

The older lady is always unpleasant. We purchased some food for my 2 kids to share and got a table. I then asked my 9 yr old if she could asked for an extra paper plate. The older lady then rudely asked what for, when my daughter told her it’s for her sister (14mths old) whilst pointing to us the lady harshly said NO. I could hear this from my table, the lady didn’t know I was watching as her view of me was blocked.

So I got up and approached her, she was embarrassed and told me it’s 50cents. I paid but never returning there. Seeing so many negative reviews I wonder why they’re still allowed to run...
