Chatime St Leonards — Restaurant in Sydney

I've ordered from this chatime quite regularly, and while the lady who often takes shifts there hasn't verbally been rude to me personally. Depending on the day, the drink I'd get would sometimes be too sweet, but that's only because I haven't stated the sugar and ice intake or been asked for it. However, very recently I asked for my usual, only to be given a completely different drink with milk, and though she has corrected this error, she was visibly ticked off and claimed I asked for a different drink. Constant bad service every time. The woman who works there majority of the time is actively rude and ignores orders even with no other customers. The last time I went I waited for 5 minutes with her not even touching my order and then said “excuse me, sorry I just wanted to check if my order had come through?” To which she aggressively replied “JUST WAIT.” I wish I was joking. It’s a bit watered down sometimes when you ask for no ice compared to other places. Sugar levels taste accurate. Also they don’t seal the hot drinks lid properly. There’s always a spot where it’s probably wet and it didn’t seal. Otherwise it’s good having a local chatime :)

Edit: they now put a lid on top to prevent spillage from hot drinks not sealing...
