I saw the statement âNo minimum spend for Pick-up ordersâ on your app and decided to leave my house to visit your store. As a regular customer, I wanted to use my coupons, but your employee informed me that I needed to spend $25 before I could redeem a free item.
I showed them the app and the policy written under Pick-up orders. The employee then called a manager named Bruno. After speaking with him, they told me they couldnât provide the pizza. I requested to speak with the manager myself, and when I talked to Bruno, he insisted that the storeâs in-house promotion rules applied and that if there was an error in the app, there was nothing he could do. He told me to email the company and then abruptly ended the call.
I repeatâI left my house specifically to pick up my order. How was I supposed to see the in-store rules on a window beforehand? If the appâs terms are not valid, why do you have an app at all? And if thereâs a mistake within your company, why am I the one paying for it?
After wasting 30 minutes in traffic and at the store and experiencing zero customer service from your so-called manager, I returned home empty-handed. I have no complaints about the staffâthey had no choice but to follow Brunoâs orders. However, I strongly suggest replacing him with someone else, as his problem-solving skills and customer communication are nonexistent.

Order my weekly pizza with these guys and I'm happy. Doesn't taste like Italy, but the quality is consistently good and definitely the best quality / price ratio in the area. Quite a large choice on the menu. The team is also always really nice when I interact with them, and occasionally will go the extra mile. Our experience - it was my young daughterâs birthday at a nearby venue in CN and I needed to feed about 35 people. Pressure is on because 20 kids need feeding. On the day, he delivered at exactly the correct time all the takeaway pizzas, exactly what we ordered.
