Absolutely 5 stars I wrote a review but seems to have gone missing lol. Just started working in hurstville and meet my folks for lunch here. The sandwiches are awesome as are the toasties. But omg the chips are too die for they are sublime. Next to cotton on its in the open space. Staff are friendly smoothies well actually frappe as I dont drink milk are sooooo good. I ordered a cheese toastie and coffee. 10 minutes after we finished coffee they delivered toastie. I opening it up and there was almost no cheese in it. Took it back to bring to the staff's notice. Was greeted with blank states from all and the male mgr just said there is cheese on it! I just handed the plate with toastie on it back.This place gets a zero for customer service, and nothing re customer satisfaction. They did not offer to put some cheese on it or offer my money back. Incredibly poor customer service, they make you pay for something only to tell you it's not available but not offer a refund or alternative. They didn't respond to our requests to talk with the manager who we watched berate his employee for a decision that wasn't her fault.
