It was on new year day 1 Jan 2024 (Monday) around 1 50 PM at Hurstville Westfield Donut King. I ordered 2 Iced coffee. There was only 1 girl staff and she said it will be a wait.
I understand there is a wait and i didn't mind. But after waiting for around 40mins, another employee came in told me that iced coffee is not available. Both staff , both the girls, they don't feel sorry for the customer at all. They dont seem to care at all. I told the girl, i will get refund. even for that, i am still waiting and when i ask her again, she said she is busy. Even after the refund, they don't apologise. They dont give a damn about the customers. I have never seen this kind of service before even on the busy days.
What kind of service is that? If you are busy and expect a lot of customers, hire more staff. dont act like its customer fault for coming to store on new year day. Both staff are not well trained at all. Please provide proper training to...

The server deliberately ignored him and looked towards serving the next customer. This individual was furious, and told them so.
