Coffee Tea & Me — Restaurant in Sydney

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The Chinese waitress didn't allowed me to sit on the chair they have in there,... I asked her to show me the sign were it says i cant (there is no sign of take away or nothing) asked her for my money back but she didn't want to return it then she took a picture of me (without my consent) and threatened me with calling the police,... I sat down and told her to call the cops, then SHE DID! Surprise! They hang up on her after listening to her story,... LOL! I think she is used to serve communist customers... but now she lives in Australia... She needs to learn how to treat people...

Just ordered though Uber Eats. Food was hideous. Ordered a Chicken and Avocado Bagel which came in good time but was as flat as a pancake with lettuce and tomato on it, why do you put lettuce on food that’s going in a sandwich heating/squashing machine. The bagel fell apart in my hands and the tiny amount of chicken that was in the bagel went all over me. Also how about putting the bagel in a cardboard box? Not cutting it in half and jamming it in a paper bag? Had read the other reviews on Google and thought food was supposed to be great!! So...

This place used to be so good. Under new management, the bagels and fillings are nowhere near as good as they used to be. The new manager insists on calling women 'my dear' and 'lovely lady' in a fake positive tone, all the while, burning bagels and not actually being able to do his main job of delivering good food and coffee in a timely manner. I've given them a few chances, but after my last visit of waiting 15 minutes for another burnt bagel and another 'my dear', I'm done. Not your dear. Grow up and...
