Would probably lean this place more on a 3.6. The pork roll was pretty weak and was just dry as when eating. It’s not that they don’t have enough ingredients but something just soaks all moisture in your mouth. There winning quality was actually the drink. Surprisingly, it was pretty solid as it was creamy to drink and the texture and taste was really nice. Service was friendly and the music playing was I think 80s pop. Dude working there can be heard singing along as well. The place probably needs more seating options for such a spacious place. Would probably only come back for the drink only.

I was so happy to see the variety of real plants inside the store, so used to seeing stores use fake plastic plants. This really shows the sustainable initiative at Crown Tea. Plants are growing beautifully, such amazing Pothos and Monstera Adansonii vines, I wanted a cutting for myself. Great to see how much the plants are cared for as well as multiple water proprogations!! I kept thinking about it on my drive home, so happy with the greenery.

It was my first experience here & I just loved the service. Very patient and kind. Thank you guys!! They have awesome amount of options to pick & choose, from milk tea to fruit yogurts and smoothies. I love how they provide different choices for sandwich rolls like; > chicken roll, pork, crackling pork, tuna roll etc. Definitely recommend for a quick and easy lunch/ dinner snack ☺️

I been coming back here regularly to grab the delicious roll and Boba drink. I must admit, the service come hand in hand. One thing I find it disappointing and frustrating is the same roll I ordered, it is not directly on the menus list but they have all the ingredients there, yes I know it probably make it a little more annoying for the ladies making it, and they been patience with my request, however they often get it wrong. My patience wear out after I told them. Either they forget to remove coriander leave, or spring anion or they add lettuce in it. Before I could enjoy those delicious roll I spend time picking those spring anion or coriander or lettuce with my hand in the stick source. That defeats the purpose of the convenient of a roll. And I'm debating whether I should go back or not bother with it, beside that iam very thrill for you guys to be in...

Been dying to get here since the moment I watched them building it. Can say I wasn’t disappointed. The customer service was fantastic and speedy and polite.

We ordered 2 different boba teas and both were amazing and flavorful probably the best tasting in the area.

I am yet to try a Bahn Mi but will 100% guarantee I will be back again.
