Crust Pizza Campbelltown — Restaurant in Sydney

Went in store at 10:15pm on Saturday night. Was told by staff they had closed for the night and all cleaning and cash up had been done already (could see the cash till on the bench). I commented that the sign on the door stated 10:30 close. Searched online to look at reviews on this store and came across a review from 4 months ago. Same scenario mentioned and a comment from the owner apologising for the experience and that they would speak with the store to better their service for future. Clearly this has not happened as staff are still closing 15+ minutes before closing time and refusing service to customers. If staff are required to close up and be out of the store by 10:30, the closing times should be altered to accomodate this. Overall not happy with the service, but this may be coming from management. Ordered crust pizza for the first time in a long time, what a big mistake! Waited two hours for the pizza to arrive through Uber eats and got the wrong order.. After calling the store they admitted they gave the Uber driver the wrong order, and we would have to order another Uber driver to pick up our correct order. In the end we opted to pick up the pizza, however the staff members were rude, and not apologetic. I don't often give reviews but Crust Pizza Macarthur your staff need to work on their customer skills, we asked for the manager and was told he was not working hence why I've been left to write this review. I'm leaving this review specifically in relation to the plant based pizzas I've frequently ordered from this store. It's incredibly frustrating that each time I've ordered there's been something wrong whether it be missing ingredients or a terrible chemical aftertaste, rendering the pizza inedible. I've ensured i called the store to rectify before turning to reviews and whilst the staff have been accommodating, it's not a pleasant conversation to have each time. It's far too pricey of a meal to just let it go or continue to give the benefit of the doubt.
