Dear Dedy's Team,

As a customer I am very disappointed with your service. I wanted to drink a tiramisu latte in the rain yesterday, but I was asked to buy it today because you didn't prepare enough. And after I arrived at the store today, you told me to wait 20 minutes to come back for fresh cream. I came back 20 minutes later and there were two customers with tiramisu lattes, and you said to wait another half an hour because of the machine.

The customer's time is also time, and I can't waste so much time on a cup of coffee because of your lack of preparation or machine problems. And besides being perfunctory and sorry, I don't feel any sense of tolerance for this awful experience, so please make enough cream and dessert before you're ready to open every day. I don't think the customer should bear the cost and waste the time for your mistake, which is unfair, because your mistake made my day not very good mood. Whether it is inadequate preparation or machine failure, this can be checked and avoided before business. And even if that happens, there should be complementary solutions.

This was SUCH a cute little hole-in-the-wall coffee shop in Regent Place😍 and Not to mention, the drinks and food here were ALL so good! Starting with drinks, the tiramisu latte and matcha-misu latte were actually SOO SOOOO GOOD! A tad pricier but WORTH IT!🤭 I love the sweet and salty-ish cream they dollop on top as well! 🤤💓 then their foods starting with savoury toasties we’re toasted to PERFECTION!! Actually golden, crispy brown on the outside! I ordered the cheesey mushroom and it was actually heaven! Then the curry chicken was also so good with generous heapings of chicken filled inside!✨ Last but not least, the Original and Matcha Basque cheesecakes were SO SO SOOOO good! The texture is a 10/10 creaminess🤌❤️‍🔥 the sweetness is subtle and still allows that rich cream cheese flavour to be spotlighted🤩 would HIGHLY recommend coming here to grab some drinks and food plus dessert and walking about 5mins to Hyde Park for a picnic!
