Ordered a BBQ meatlovers and it came A) without bbq sauce on the base and B) with capsicum dropped on it throughout the cheese (I can't eat capsicum due to medical reasons). - 1 star for no sauce, - 1 star for capsicum that I had to pick out of my pizza, - 1 star for having to put bbq sauce on at home (because they said 10mins for a single pizza the first time and they took 20, I wasn't waiting again when he said they can remake it in 15 and probably take half an hour): so for being slow, - 1 star for the 5mins I had to stand at the counter while the 3 pizza makers who appeared to have red eyes and cognitive issues wondered what the solution was before I just asked for a refund (no thats not a joke, dont let the alias^ fool you, I'm a high-school teacher and yes, the employees WERE stoned, I've had called-in plenty of parents for it; stoned and tired look very different, operate very different), - 1 star for the til not having enough cash for the full refund even though I paid on card and I was refunded 2 dollars short because I didn't want to carry 10 20cent pieces in my pocket (maybe your cashier would remember to do the cashcounts and fill the til if they weren't high). So thats actually zero stars, further complaint that I ordered a traditional pizza, 1.25L drink + garlic bread and it almost cost me $22.60ish instead of $18 because the stoner cashier tried to put it in the pos system as a pizza and a 2 side deal, despite me having just pointed out the correct deal on the menuboard above his head a moment earlier (which he verbally confirmed, the forgot after being told the name of a pizza, 1.25L solo and garlic bread [and with the deal being for a traditional/premium pizza, get a garlic bread and 1.25L drink for $3ish]. Read moreI'll go with a 3. Pizzas & garlic bread themselves okay, not the greatest, but you know what the deal is when dealing with the chain pizza mobs (Domino's & Pizza Hut anyway). Decided to order pizza for a wind up to the Easter school holidays. Given that it was after 9PM on a Sunday, I went for the local Domino's. Anyway, to their credit, they called and said sorry out of Onion Rings, so I opted for chips (what turned out to be rather undercooked & disappointing crinkle cut chips with a couple of disconcertingly green ones). Driver a tad late, not enough to get irritated about but roughly 20 mins after their initial estimated time. Turns up and hands the Pepsi (& food) over & I look at it whereupon the driver said oh sorry we ran out of the Pepsi Electric. Couldn't they have told me when they rang earlier? I only wanted the blue pepsi for its' resemblance to Nuka Cola Quantum... Anyway when going to review the order on their survey i.e. the tell us what you think I was going to go a 6/10 and make observations as above, it would not let me submit anything. Food was delivered we had paid for extra sauce a hollandaise swirl x3 which is costly to add to our order but we went ahead with it and after receiving said delivery and being absolutely shocked to see not much there let alone x 3 time normal amount we were not happy and called the store castle hill branch to see if we could simply come up and get some more even if we had to pay more AGAIN for it to which my husband was yelled at over the phone being told the staff member HAD PUT MORE ON ! with this exact tone an no care regarding his customers he wanted to argue the point and tell which does not align with us trying to resolve the issue - however staff member did not seem to want to resolve anything simply argue over the phone below is the picture absolutely disgusted in this behaviour and disappointed as we won’t be doing business with this branch EVER again the disrespect we received via the phone is something we do not need to ever relive because of a pizza order !!!!
