Ignore the bogus 5-star reviews which are probably faked by the franchise, and save your money by buying from literally ANYWHERE else.
Words can barely being to describe how terrible this Domino's is. We've been ordering from here for about a year now but have finally learned our lesson. In about 10 orders they have literally NEVER gotten an order right.
Missing sides, missing pizzas, WRONG pizzas... pizzas missing basic toppings, pizzas coming with toppings on only 1 or 2 slices, so on so forth. If there's any possible ways you could fathom your order might be wrong, don't worry, Domino's Chatswood can achieve it.
We were eagerly awaiting a delivery some day where they just wouldn't bring us our pizza AT ALL. It's got to be the next logical step in this charade they're trying to pass off as a Domino's franchise, and the only way they could physically screw up any more.
You can generally expect your order delivered anywhere from 30 minutes to OVER an entire hour late (possibly even later), nice and lukewarm and soggy. But you bet they'll have gotten something wrong and take a further hour to fix it.
Best part is? No point complaining because you won't get anything. We're done trying because they'll sweet talk you with promises of vouchers to shut you up and NEVER DELIVER ON THEM. You won't be given the service and products you paid for, and won't be reimbursed for wasted...

I went with a friend to get a pizza we ordered and we had to call out "Hello, Hello" a few times since there was no one visible in the store (at peak lunch hour of 12.30pm) on Wednesday (no public holiday). The staff then came in and put the ordered pizza (which was ready) on the front counter, without uttering even a single word and turned and went back in. We wanted to order a pudding, so we had to call them back. They came back and went in to check if the pudding was available or not. It was not. When we opened the pizza box, there were about 6-7 mushroom pieces (like the smallest possible pieces of mushroom) on the whole pizza and we had ordered an extra mushroon pizza and paid extra for it. When we called them back and asked them where are the mushrooms, the staff member got agitated and said - dont come back here, I will give you full refund and go to another shop next time. Like we were going to go back there anyways. I wonder why the Domino's Management does not do anything about it even after reading so many customer reviews about the services of this particular Dominos. 1st experience maybe a year ago: ordered ubereats which is delivered by staff was quite late maybe 40 mins. No updates given but when they showed up they apologised and gifted a free drink.
2nd experience tonight also uber eats delivered by staff: ETA 8:20pm-8:40pm. They ended up being 20-40mins late and arrived 9pm. I had to request an update through ubereats twice with no answer. My order was then marked as delivered and it hadn't. I walked out to check my front door, pathway up to the driveway. I looked up and down my street to check for signs of staff if wrongly delivered but it was dark and empty. I then called the physical store and was given an apology and was told 5-10 mins, not sure why the staff marked it as delivered. The order finally arrived but it was warm no longer hot, sauce had spilled onto the box and I was given a half-hearted apology and wished well for the night. Photos were not taken as my family of 4 were hungry and needed to just eat.
