Dominos pizza from here was ordered to deliver, and was prepaid. However if the mobile number is mistyped on the order, they won't deliver. Even if your have paid for the pizza, and even though the address is correct and reflected in the additional notes of the order. I placed the business name in the order. Since the pizza was not delivered on the time requested, and the team meeting was a scheduled event, my team will have to enjoy less than fresh pizza while doing work as the schedule of everything else planned has shifted as a result of dominos poor order handling. The driver wearing a Jeff name tag said he had other pizzas to deliver, but no other empty pizza 'hotcell' bags were in his car. I told him this while at his car. No explanation for that. He also handed me 2 bottles of warm coke and said it was warm because he attempted delivery 20min before. The bottles didn't have condensation and they were warm to the touch. They're would have had to be left in the sun for an hour or two to be that warm. Maybe it was bottles left in the car? A load of BS was fed to me by Crows Nest Dominos, they must think people...

The gap in quality, service and consistency from literally any other dominos and this store begs belief that they are part of the same brand.
First you have to address the cleanliness and presentation of the store. It has not been cleaned or upkept in the last 10 years. No seriously it hasn't and it is becoming a health hazard and council should get involved.
For the last few years the pizzas are beyond appalling. The toppings are 10% of the advertised volume which points to a training or quality issue. If you are trying to dodge costs on purpose, you are shooting yourself in the foot....just look at your ratings!
You would be sitting on a goldmine if you just started doing it right.
Will go elsewhere...literally...

One had ordered 50 pizzas while the other ordered 8 pizzas. Staff just asked me to wait outside without telling us there were such big orders in front. The 50 pizza order has totally bottleneck-ed everyone in the line. Both Dominos staffs and the customer with 50 pizzas order not even bother say sorry for the delay to everyone in the queue.
