Domino's Pizza Surry Hills — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered 3 pizzas, a garlic bread, and 2 drinks thanks to the promo on the app. I don't know why, but this is the first time I received burnt crust on all pizzas. I usually enjoyed eating the whole pizza, but the crust, awful. Maybe its my fault for ordering thin crust.

Spicy Lovers: I love the flavour of it. It kinda reminds me of a pizza place I used to eat. Ham and Cheese: The ham is not much in the pizza, and the cheese lacks flavor. Pepperoni: This is okay. Pepperoni is good. Garlic Bread: Surprisingly, the bread is great, because I can taste the garlic and its delicious.

The staff is friendly, I have to say, but I don't understand why there is a extra surcharge (maybe 5% if I calculate it correctly) after I paid a 10% weekend surcharge. It goes from $25 to $28.50, which is not much, but I really think it's something that I would not like to find at my bills. Maybe this is Domino's policy, or the store deliberately does this to customers. Store is empty, but maybe because the app promo promotes take aways and deliveries, whichis much more value than dining in these days.

Overall, I may not dine with Domino's next time. Occasionally, but not my go-to...

Fast, efficient, friendly, affordable, tasty!. I believe that just about covers it! It is not gourmet or nouvea cuisine but it certainly warms the cockles of your heart in no time! A very central, convenient location, right across from Central Station trains & trams. User - friendly menu/pricing; value for $ promotions. Even the hungriest of young teenagers at the height of their growth spurts would leave as contented as a Cheshire cat. One need only part with a mere $3.00 or $5.00 to obtain an exceptionally generous serving size & if by any chance you're feeling somewhat footloose & fancy free, indulge yourself with a Red Velvet or Vanilla Malt thick shake & I promise you, your world will never be the same again....! Just to top it all off perfectly, if you have a rather active inner child like myself, you get the added thrill of seeing your name up in lights ( on the computer screen near the front entrance!) A rather clever concept of having everybody's order displayed chronologically on the screen together with any other information deemed relevant to ensure a fully functional...

By far the worst Dominos experience I have ever had, I ordered online at 7.05, eta for delivery was 7.52 then changed to 8.07, I called at 8.15 to ask where the driver was? I got a he will be 5 mins. Waited till 8.45 and cancelled my order, they said they will still deliver the pizzas free of charge now, waited another 15 mins and asked if the driver was actually turning up, they said no cause the order was cancelled after saying they would deliver, they said they will get us out the pizzas again on a new order, pizzas turned up 15 mins or so later, the driver, said oh you have to pay, I said call the store to find out, finally he said ok that is ok and left. Opened our pizzas and they were totally the wrong bases on all, and very stingy with any and all of the ingredients, the pizzas were rushed and tasted terrible, seriously frustrating, being lead on by the store, they just said sorry we were very busy. Never again, do not waste your time. If I could post no stars that...
