I went to Chill and Grill in Harris Park Today(12 september) around 7:30 and ordered a vegetarian thali with four curries. While eating the chana curry, I felt something very hard in my mouth. At first, I thought it was a raw chana, but when I took it out, it was actually a piece of glass (sheesha). I was also feeding some of the same curries to my 2-year-old son, which makes this even more concerning. What if he or I had swallowed the glass? This could have caused a serious health emergency. When I reported it to the staff, they quickly took the piece of glass into the kitchen. When I asked them to return it so I could take a photo, they refused and said they had thrown it in the rubbish bin. It is very concerning that they would dispose of the evidence so quickly when I had just reported the incident. The staff tried to blame the supplier, saying the glass may have been in the chana packet. But the food is prepared and served in their kitchen, so they cannot put the responsibility on someone else. When I asked for the owner, I was told he was not available, but I had seen him outside the restaurant when I arrived. This incident shows serious negligence in food safety and a lack of responsibility in handling customer complaints. It needs to be investigated so that no other customer is...
Read moreWe visited Chill ‘N’ Grill Indian Restaurant in Harris Park on 27th June 2025 around 7:30 pm for dinner. We ordered food and one drink. After finishing our meal, we went to the counter to pay. I felt something was not right as the amount seemed slightly higher. We made the payment and then asked for an itemized bill.
After leaving the restaurant, I checked the bill properly and noticed we were charged for an extra drink that we never ordered. We went back inside and spoke to the person at the counter. The staff discussed the bill among themselves in their language, quickly realised the mistake, and refunded the extra money.
Usually, in most restaurants, the staff prints the bill, shows the list of items to the customer, and only then charges for the payment. But here at Chill ‘N’ Grill, they showed the Eftpos machine straight away, asked for the payment first, and only after that provided the bill. That’s how I noticed the extra charge.
The restaurant management should train the staff to show the bill and confirm the items with customers before asking for payment.
I would be cautious about visiting this place again.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Chilli n Grill, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment we walked in, the welcoming ambiance and vibrant decor set the tone for a delightful evening.
Our meal began with the Samosa Chaat, a perfect blend of spices and flavors that tantalized the taste buds. The Chilli Chicken was another highlight, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of heat. We also tried the Momos, which were succulent and bursting with flavor, a true testament to the restaurant's culinary prowess.
The Chole Kulche was another standout dish, with fluffy bread paired with richly spiced chickpeas. To complement our meal, we enjoyed a refreshing cup of Chai, which was the perfect way to round off our savory feast. Additionally, the Shisha added a unique and enjoyable touch to the evening, making the entire experience more memorable.
Special mention goes to Akshay, whose excellent service added to the overall enjoyment. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home.
Overall, Chilli n Grill offers an authentic and delightful Indian dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a flavorful and...
