Stay away from them. I was fooled by the good reviews but now I believe they are fake. I would give negative star if it was possible. They are liars. I ordered a flower in a jar for my sister’s new baby and called them to place the order over the phone as I wanted to switch the roses to rainbow. They said the rainbow is in stock but is more expensive. I paid extra for the rainbow roses and the jar and a teddy bear. I was told a picture of the order will be sent to me for approval prior to the flower leaving the store. I then received a call saying rainbow roses are out of stock but they will give me extra flowers to make up for the extra charge. I agreed and asked for yellow roses instead and the extra they offered. I then got an email that that the order was on its way to be delivered. I called and questioned why a photo wasn’t sent. They said “oh actually the flower was sent as a bouquet not in a jar” I got angry as I had paid extra for a jar. I asked them to call the delivery man to cancel delivery as I expect a fresh bunch in a jar to be delivered the next day. I called multiple times the next day to make sure they got the order right and every time they were out of something for my order. By that time I had repeated my order to them over 10 times and asked for a photo. I then receive a photo of a bunch with daisys in it instead of roses. I then said “where are the roses? I paid for roses” she then said “oh we are out of yellow roses too but we have other colours “. Had ai not asked for a photo they would have sent the cheap bouquet instead of the one I paid for. I then repeated my order again. She then called and said now they don’t have the teddy bear but will send a rabbit! I was furious by now so asked if they can replace the teddy bear with another teddy bear as according to their website they have few different ones. She then replaced it with another teddy bear. It took me 2 days, around 10 calls and atleast 3 remakes of my order and asking for pictures to get it even close to what I had initially ordered. It was such a headache and I had to dictate them how they can make the bouquet nicer while they tried their best to skim on the order with cheap replacements. Basically they had tried to deliver a rubbish bouquet with a rabbit when they charged me for a jar of flower with rainbow roses and teddy bear. The photos you see on the website are nice but a lie to get your money and then deliver rubbish. You could get a better bouquet from woolies. Below is what I ordered to be put in a jar as seen on website with only request being to swap the roses to rainbow and then what was eventually delivered after all the headache.

I could see the car move along the map so I could know when they were close to delivering or not. Unfortunately, my boyfriend missed the flowers since he couldn’t get home in time. But when I contacted support again, they were nice enough to set up a redelivery for the next day. However!! The driver was SO NICE. He went out of his way to redeliver the flowers 2 hours later the same day so my boyfriend was able to get them right away, which was amazing. The only small thing was the chocolates, which got scheduled for the next day, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the whole experience was great, and it really made our Valentine’s Day, even though we’re on opposite sides of the world. I’ll definitely be ordering again for other special occasions. Thanks so much for all the help!

I’m in a long-distance relationship (US - Australia), and I wanted to do something special for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. Ordering online was easy, and simple. My main worry was whether he’d be home from work in time to get the delivery, so I reached out to chat support for some advice and help. I reached out a week before and they were able to assist me by putting a note for as late as possible delivery. I chatted to them through their chat and email and I can say they were quite friendly and helpful. On delivery day, I received an email with exact tracking of the order. I could see the car move along the map so I could know when they were close to delivering or not. Unfortunately, my boyfriend missed the flowers since he couldn’t get home in time. But when I contacted support again, they were nice enough to set up a redelivery for the next day. However!! The driver was SO NICE. He went out of his way to redeliver the flowers 2 hours later the same day so my boyfriend was able to get them right away, which was amazing. The only small thing was the chocolates, which got scheduled for the next day, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the whole experience was great, and it really made our Valentine’s Day, even though we’re on opposite sides of the world. I’ll definitely be ordering again for other special occasions. Thanks so much for all the help!
