TIM Products — Local services in Sydney

Once upon a time they made the best tsoureki in NSW, they changed a few recipes when they bought their partner out(or something like that). Now their tsoureki for the big events are stale and tasteless...always!! However, they make other nice stuff.

Edit: Easter 2025 I ended up giving it another go, probably for sentimental reasons. This time the tsourekia wasn't as bad as the other times but they were not super fresh either. They were at least a couple of days. On the other hand, the taste wasn't as flavoursome but again not as bad. Service was polite and prompt, no...

Love love love their Galaktobouriko. I decided to visit the factory in Marrickville yesterday and I'm so glad I did. I believe their Galaktobouriko is the best in Sydney. You have to eat at least two slices per sitting....it's too yummy especially when it's warm. Good work Tim's Products.

I suggest you bring yourself a large spoon and napkins because you will want to start eating this warm yummy treat straight from the factory 🍰🥄

Wow, what can I say. I asked the Greek boys onsite were the place to get galaktoboureko was from & without a doubt they unanimously agreed that it was Tim’s, I’ve had it at a lot of places, but hands down this was the best by far & a way.
