Terrible experience! The QR code on the table didn’t work, so I went to the counter and ordered two coffees. Halfway through my drink, I decided to order some fries. I went to the counter again and pointed at my table while saying, “One order of fries, please.” The staff member gave me an attitude and said, “I don’t know where you’re sitting. I don’t know your table number.” I told her I didn’t know my table number either, but she could clearly see I was the only person dining there. She rolled her eyes and said, “I can’t take your order without a table number.” It wasn’t until her colleague told her, “She’s sitting at table 23,” that she finally processed my order, but even then, she was still extremely rude and dismissive. When I repeated, “I’m at table 23,” she acted like she couldn’t hear me and reluctantly placed my order with a terrible attitude. It was absolutely frustrating! How can an employee not even know the table numbers or be familiar with the restaurant layout? This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in my 15 years in Australia. I will never come back!

The unfriendly staff ever especially Deepti Deepit Deepti. Food also too bad. I ordered kids' meal, and the amount was so small and i asked one of staff but chef said all the kids meal like this amount. That's a very unprofessional answer. I ordered an Acai bowl, but the strawberries were not fresh and the quantity was small too. The staff named Deepti is really rude. Her attitude of interrupting when i talking to the staff. And i asked about the ordeing fee she said if you don’t want to pay that just come to the counter order. Thank you for the kind answer. The worst staff all over the world. Why do I have to pay for food in a bad mood? Where did the customer service go? In the end, I ordered another kids pasta and spent $20 on it for my only 5 year old boy. There is an urgent need to improve customer service and improve the quantity and quality of food. I won't go again. It won't have much of an impact if I don't go, but I think people should know so I'm leaving a review.

This is my go-to place for coffee and sometimes breakfast. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with warm smiles and a comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The decor is modern and stylish, with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light pouring in. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options. The coffee is exceptional and the Barista (Deepti) is a master of her craft, always taking the time to perfect each and every drink she makes. Whether you're in the mood for a classic cappuccino or a more adventurous latte with unique flavour combinations, she have the skills and creativity to make it happen. Overall, this is a fantastic spot to catch up with friends, get some work done, or simply enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and a tasty treat. I highly recommend giving it a try - you won't be disappointed!

Is there a rating of zero or even negative? I am so surprised to see such high rating that lured me into getting into this place - biggest disaster! Starting to lose faith in these reviews. This place is nothing but a joke. Beware - those who are relying on the servers and attendants - none of their commitments turn to be true. Went there and asked for a table, the girl at the front appeared she saw a ghost as to why I went inside for a table. She directed us to wait at the queue (we were the only party waiting) and mentioned she would come to attend. She shows up after 10 minutes to say we would have to wait for at least 20 minutes to get a table. Hello! Could you not just say that upfront? Or are you too scared that you would lose us? Then asked her boss that we were in a hurry and if we could order the food so we could have it by the time there is a table available - "No" she answered, out of their policy. When asked how long it would take to make the meal, 15 minutes she replied. So we wait for another 20-25 minutes and the very first girl appears and asks - "are you waiting for a table?". OMG, what have we been doing here all along? Anyways, we take a table and order two items. The food takes another 40 minutes to arrive and believe it or not, one of the worst meals I have ever had at a restaurant. We ordered the mushroom hash or something, the plate was full of uncooked tasteless potatoes and burnt mushrooms. After all this wait, this is what we get. By the way, despite my wife's insistence that our daughter was extremely hungry and if her's could be delivered early, all words went to deaf ears and it came along with other rubbish 40 minutes later. They offered me a voucher - well, couldn't accept that cause I will never waste my time again at this place and I am sure none of my friends or family will either. Please fix you attitude and service, I have a feeling its your own people rating...

Very unfortunate that the Owner decided to argue with my friends review below as there was a group of us at the venue that all noticed the exact same behaviour. It astonishes me that this business does not have the mindset of "customer is always right" and is instead trying to make it out as though reviews and customers observations are incorrect or not valid. I would like to correct you on the point that a lady wearing a pink fork and spoon t-shirt was mucking around with all the boys in the photoshoot, and was eating the food on her shift whilst also serving customers. As a business if you want professional shots you should organise it after hours not when you're trying to serve customers on a busy morning and it distracts you from service. The lady was easy identifiable wearing a fork and spoon t-shirt thats why we were upset to see that behaviour from a small business as she was stuffing a meal in her mouth in front of all paying customers. I don't agree that staff dancing and parading around a cafe during Covid is professional. She should be working in a nightclub. Enjoying yourself at work and actually working are two different things. Not to mention her terrible attitude towards customers was not pleasent. Will not be coming back here! Word of mouth travels fast, unfortunate your business...

I emailed about my experience 5 days ago, and as I am yet to receive a response, I decided to post a review to inform others that might have dietary requirements or allergies. I have Coeliac disease, which unfortunately means I have to eat gluten free and can't eat from shared fryers, toasters etc. My husband enquired by email earlier regarding the suitability of the GF dishes, and we felt reassured by the response that they had a seperate prep area for gluten free foods. I told our waitress that I had Coeliac while ordering the Morrocan Veggie Breakfast (marked GF on menu), and she said everything would be fine and she later said she had put that I had Coeliac on the docket. Unfortunately after a couple of bites of my meal, the waitress rushes over to me and says that the parsnip chips have come from a shared fryer that contained gluten. I've unfortunately been sick since then. While I completely understand that I assume a level of risk by eating out, it saddens me that my protracted illness could've been avoided by simply leaving off these parsnip chips with a level of allergen awareness. Based on my experience, I couldn't recommend this Cafe for those with allergies, Coeliac/Celiac, or similar dietary...
