Food is not tasty, service is terrible. missed one item. When we check how much longer , they advised they missed the item, our baby need to sleep and we finished everything. but they don’t not refund. Will not return. Avoid this place

We cancel the order straight after been notified the ordered was not prepared. But been told don’t do refund. It all about the service and attitude. Obviously the owner insist refund on missed item is not acceptable. Wait 10mins more after finished the meal is nothing, customer don’t even have right to cancel the item that is not prepared. Terrible concept and policy. Terrible shop culture.

Uber Korean night and decide to try out Chicken Story. ✅The food arrived hot. Just order 2 dishes 1. Sweet Chilli 1/2 Chicken, was abit disappointed but the taste was nice, it was overly sauce, and there was way more batter than chicken meat, I was expecting to be more on crispy. ✅2. Spicy pork bowl with rice and Japchae, this was nice and authentic feel and taste, especially Japchae it was cook perfectly with good balanced of flavour the noodle was not dried or over good on arrival. Overall I will order again but maybe skip the fried chicken. Sorry, I forgot to take photo. The deliver arrived 1 hour after order was placed. Which arrived on time. Delicious Korean restaurant in Meadowbank. The staff are exceptionally nice and the service is quick. I loved the spring onion chicken and the sweet chilli dumplings. So yummy.

Edit: I heard that this shop was really popular for their Korean style rice paper rolls. They sell a very generous portion of a range of fresh veggies, meats and herbs that you wrap in rice paper and dip in a spicy sauce. It is the best Korean style rice paper rolls (wollamssam) that I’ve ever tasted- and I’ve tried a LOT as it’s my favourite food!
