Today I went to buy a package meal and the experience was very disappointing. First, there were three mistakes during the process. The first time, they gave me the wrong change. The second time, after I had already paid, I was repeatedly asked what I ordered — the staff didn’t even know. Finally, when I received my meal, the wrong sauce was used. This was clearly their mistake, yet the salesperson refused to admit it. The boss, looking unhappy, said they could only add the correct sauce on top. I believe it was not my fault, and they had the responsibility to make a new meal with the sauce I originally ordered. In the end, they pretended to redo it, but when I got it back, I found they had just covered the wrong sauce with the correct one instead of making it properly. If you love your deep fried chips thick and crusty on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, covered in chicken salt and vinegar this is the place to go. Burgers are good as well. They have a small and tasty range of fresh seafood and the salads are awesome. Their Greek Salad is so good.X prices are reasonable and the trade is constant with passengers from Meadowbank Station stopping by to keep the big boys busy cooking. When they state "gourmet" for a burger, they really aren't kidding. Hands down the best burger I've ever eaten by a long shot! Proper buns, for starters, are a must and they nailed it! Plus, when the lettuce crunches in your mouth instead of having the texture of a wet napkin, you know you're on to a good thing and this non-foodie is definitely inclined to write a review. The side of chips too, was cooked to perfection. Table service was a nice surprise. One does not expect this kind of service from a corner takeaway, but here it's the norm and service was super quick for a bang on lunch time order.
