I had an unpleasant experience at this location, largely due to the rude behavior of an individual working here (possibly the owner). While waiting in line with my family, we were next to order. However, a man came out from the back and abruptly announced, 'Whoever is ready, please come forward and order,' ignoring the fact that we were next.
When the family behind us politely pointed out that we were next, his dismissive response was, 'It doesn't matter; whoever is ready can order.' He didn't even have the courtesy to ask if we needed more time or were ready to order.
Disappointed with such unprofessionalism, I expressed my dissatisfaction and chose to leave without ordering. We went to another Gelatissimo outlet nearby by the harbor, which was busier but offered much better service. We enjoyed our gelatos there instead.
Customer service is crucial, especially in a competitive business. I won't be spending my hard-earned money at a place where basic respect and professionalism are missing. A bit of training in customer service would go a long way in improving this place's reputation. Just a heads-up: it’s not just about gelato—it’s about the experience, and plenty of other outlets...

The plain waffle cones are vegan as well, so anyone can get icecream in cup or cone according to personal preference.
The sorbets have a light texture, and are not too sweet. Overall a pleasant and refreshing ice cream experience!
If you get a cone/cup with 1-2 flavors, it currently costs 8$. But serving size is big! Prices go up for more flavors, or down for kids.
This branch of Gelatissimo is located right in front of a park and playground in Darling Quarter. A busy location with many customers...

But what I am upset about is the fact that your scoops are so much smaller compared to those served at your establishment in Manly. Where is the consistency man?? It cheesed me off, I got sick for these three little buggers even my brothers newborn could mow down in a few bites? Some exaggeration here but please be more consistent across your stores when it comes to scoop sizes, felt like I got scammed cuz my expectations were shattered when I received...
