Good morning Rachael, I am a regular customer at your store at the Hub in Castle Hill. My family and I often walk our Labrador down to have coffees together on Sundays. I wanted to let you know that your girls are amazing. Robyn, Charlotte and Grace (I know she as now moved on) but all three of the girls are so professional, kind and provide such a high level of customer service. They always have a smile on their faces and are always welcoming, they go above and beyond for your customers. These days it is very rare to have such good customer service, but it is always a good experience when these girls are working and we love going there. We keep coming back due to the amazing coffees they make, but most importantly the pleasant experience and good service provided by the girls. Girl who helped me scanned my free qr code from app. I.waited for a few minutes and no response from her. I said where is the tea. She said you have to pay. I said, "What do you mean, can you check, is there a supervisor around"? Totally dum, stoic, saying I dont know whats wrong. Finally she figured it out by pressing button on register. I waited a few minutes. I asked if they have a food menu , she said no, I asked if it was on app, she said no. Really a snotty little teenage brat who neds a spanking from someone. I said are you going to apolgize to the customer, she said nothing. I said if you dont apologize I will file a complaint. I said something like get some help for yourself. I bought a coffee this morning once the transaction was complete the polite women approached me stating my card declined i happy tapped again not thinking anything off it, after my mate mentioned that I should check my account as I didn’t have my phone on me at the time of transaction just incase it did go through before as I wasn’t given a decline receipt to my surprise I was charged twice. I had to travelled back to let them know what had happen to make sure it didn’t happen to anyone else and they refunded me the money saying they don’t know what happened.
