Terrible customer service/communication. Told us it would take 40 minutes for our food to arrive but ended up taking about 75 minutes. Initially called asking to cancel the order after seeing a waiting period of 55 minutes but they convinced us the food would be delivered within 40 minutes and therefore not to cancel. Over the weekend I co-founded my first crew called the hat crew. As the weekend progressed and my entrepreneurial spirit lifted I also co founded my second crew - the shorts crew.
