Grill'd Burgers - Baulkham Hills — Restaurant in Sydney

Admittedly, this is one of the few grill’d that don’t use stale buns nor do they completely burn the patties. However, ordering a “to share” sized onion rings and only getting 5 onion rings loosely stacked in a cup is pretty poor considering the exorbitant price.

The biggest complaint was the staff though. The store was not busy. We stood at the register for about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. In hindsight, we probably should have left then.

We didn’t. We ordered and sat at a table facing the kitchen prep area. We watched and witnessed our burgers be prepared and placed on the bench to be brought to our table. The burgers sat there for around 15 minutes while the girl at the register and girl in the kitchen giggled and chatted.

After finally getting our burgers, they were cold. We finished the burgers and still awaited our onion rings and chips. We waited around 20 minutes before going up to the register to check on them. The same girl who had taken our order claimed that we never ordered them?

We had a receipt and showed her—we definitely ordered them, or at least paid for them! She didn’t apologise for her mistake and said it’d be a few minutes, so we sat back at our table again.

Once again, the chips and onion rings were left on the bench waiting for about 10 minutes while the girls in the back had a conversation. Nobody else in the store. We walked up and asked to take them ourself, only to be told “no” and that one of them would bring it out in a minute…

Pathetic service…...

Beautiful, new and clean restaurant always manned with the most wonderful and helpful staff.

Staff were knowledgeable, professional, polite and welcoming.

We have found the service levels of Grill'd restaurants to be at the top end compared to other fast food restaurants and this seems to be consistently the case whenever we visit a Grill’d store.

The burger prices are ok - sometimes they can be a little steep for a single burger without any sides but Grill'd claim to use good ingredients so that comes at a cost.

I also love the fact that there is a low carb bun option. This is actually my favourite bun and it is so delicious! I don’t feel like I am missing out on normal bread whenever I upgrade to this and I prefer it anyway.

Really love all the perks through the Relish program too.

There was a very experienced gentleman at the Baulkham Hills store on Fri, 2 Feb 24 who worked behind the counter and was able to explain the free burger offer from the Relish program along with its expiry. He was extremely knowledgeable and well-versed. I was very impressed.

There was also a lady at the Rouse Hill store who worked around the registers / front who was also very helpful and went the extra mile by offering to remake our burgers because it had gone cold by the time we went to pick it up. Again, I was gobsmacked at the thoughtful and kind service offered by her.

Please keep up the great service, Grill’d. This is what stands out about you.

My god, I would kill someone for a Grill'd Gamechanger Crispy Bacon ‘N Cheese right about now. I mean that bakery fresh traditional bun, coupled with that sexy melted tasty cheese, the kick of those red onions, and the seaweedy, seasoned patty of beef that is always fresh and never frozen cannot be topped anywhere. Every time I bite into a Grill'd burger, it’s like it’s making love to my tastebuds. I don’t even like eating takeaway foods, I prefer to save money; that is unless it’s Grill'd.

Not only that, I feel like they have the best customer service. Almost as if each worker here is the second coming of Christ, but instead a group rebirth. Especially Alex, he's always flippin and whippin with my delicious burger patties most times. So yummers
