Bought 13kg bananas, got home I found the box has no bunch just full of individual banana different sizes and freshness, I don't mind the sizes but bunch are easier to keep the banana fresh for longer when wrapped properly because that’s exactly what you show and promise in your videos! Honestly it felt like box was filled with leftover of the shop. I was hoping for the same quality shown on videos! Actually this is second time noticing difference between what’s shown and what received. I went there today in the morning. I have picked what I needed and went to the cashier, it was the first left hand side as you walk out cashier. I was served by a young Indian lady. She scanned my groceries and when I came to pay, I handed her cash, the cashier said oh can you give me exact pay, as I don’t have change. So I said I don’t have the exact change, I’ll pay by card. I paid by card and noticed I was charged the merchant fee. Why should I pay for merchant fee when it is your fault you didn’t have a change?
