Hercules Café — Restaurant in Sydney

I’m honestly shocked and outraged by the owner’s response. I originally left a review because I found a hair in my banana bread which is completely unacceptable and as a paying customer, I have every right to speak up.

Since I can’t reply directly to the owner’s comment, I have to post this separately. But let’s be clear: I am a real customer. It’s unfair and disrespectful to dismiss genuine complaints by claiming they’re “fake reviews.”

Me as a daily coffee drinker; I can confidently confirm I just had the best Almond Cappuccino at Hercules café. It was that delicious it made me want to have an other coffee so I tried their Mocha which was far the best I’ve ever drunk. Their also super delicious ham and cheese croissant went perfectly well with it.

High standards, great quality and attention to detail is obvious here.

Hercules Cafe has a quirky, hip vibe that instantly stands out. The owners are characters. Friendly, funny, and full of personality, which gives the place a real charm.
