Saw that too, I was waiting and no one in the shop. I kept calling then a guy ran out. 1) asked where did you go ? He said toilet and ask for my order, his hand was so dirty and yet he uses his dirty bare hand to prepare the food and then continue to touch the cash and coin at cash register when other customer paying. SHOCK !!! not hygiene at all. 2) The next day I ended stomach upset and have to take unpaid leave. Not recommended. 3) There plenty other better kebab. Avoid !!! Yes, Extremely Poor customer service. Apparently COVID regulations do not apply to this establishment. No social distancing, in 45 minutes I didn't see a single person check in. At the same time I watched as numerous customers stood inside next to each other, with zero social distancing. Many staff wear masks but I am not sure how much good they do on their chins.

Really great service from the owner. He was friendly, caring and patient with us. He also made sure to clean the table for us and recommended we sat outside to avoid the heat of the cooktops. We got a gozleme and it was cooked fresh for us within a reasonable time. They provided us with the lemon and also a special sauce to eat the gozleme with.
