Whether you're looking for a bite and coffee in a relaxed atmosphere, or a cuppa to go, this new little establishment is a high recommend for me.
Incoming offers a small selection of wraps and sandwiches that are well crafted and a good accompaniment to a cup of coffee or tea. I personally had the Caesar wrap which was well packed, substantial and tasty. I had a green tea alongside it which was sencha-forward with a subtle rose flavour.
As mentioned by other reviewers, the atmosphere is cosy and a big draw of the place. It's well decorated with plant-life, greenery and other knick knacks. Service is fantastic to boot - with owner-barista Terry running the show.
If you're making your way into north Parramatta, or you work locally, Incoming is an easy pick for a watering hole and/or a regular visit. Parking can be difficult in the local area. It was creamy, strong and simultaneously sweet. The kind that tastes naturally sweet. Their vietnamese coffee was also quite refreshing in the heat with a perfect balance of sweetness and espresso strength. I wouldâve loved to try the food too however they werenât serving any around an hour prior to closing (not a problem at all! but just a heads up that kitchen times may be different to opening times.) I would definitely visit again, a bit earlier next time to...
Read moreParramatta has plenty of good coffee joints which I rotate regularly. That all changed with the arrival of incoming cafe. I now need to sneak past all the places I used to goto to avoid that awkward âwhy donât you get our coffee anymoreâ conversation. The barista is a true genius. Specialty coffee elevated to the next level. Filter coffee or milky? No worries. When that coffee hits you will wonder why you ever went anywhere else.
My only complaint is that itâs no longer a hidden gem. Heâs a victim of his own success but donât worry. Even though the cafe is much much busier, the barista is a one man army and churns out quality coffee after quality coffee.
P.S the matcha is also out...
