Read moreI have never been to a Guzman Y Gomez and probably never will after that. How often do you clean those rubber plants in the middle of the table? The dust was so black on one table it was very off putting we had to move. I myself ordered the Nachos and honestly it didn't even feel cooked luke warm at best. Lacking Cheese, not a lot of meat, corn chips looked stale, I honestly didn't eat it, took one bite and I had enough. If I honestly wanted to eat something that bad I could have just thrown up in my own mouth. My Son ordered a burrito and he eats at the Broadway shop all the time and smashes these down, not today he barely ate half and started complaining that his stomach was hurting. When asking him if it felt cooked properly he said no and after today I can't see him being to hype to return to any of their stores. My partner ordered a mini burrito bowl once again she eats at the Broadway shop and couldn't believe how small the serving side was here. It was probably more appropriate for a 1 year old. The hot chips weren't hot once again luke warm, I ate a handful but that's all I could stomach, nothing special.

As soon as I entered the store, I joined the line behind a gentleman who was already waiting. While standing in line, a lady entered the store after me and stood to my left. To my surprise, the worker chose to serve her first, completely ignoring me. Feeling frustrated, I politely said to the worker, "I don’t appreciate you ignoring me when I was in the line." Rather than addressing my concern professionally, the worker responded with unnecessary attitude and rude comments.
The worker went on to say things like, "I’m giving you feedback" (which is very strange for a worker to tell a customer feedback), "I don’t like the way you’re talking to me," and "Don’t interrupt our workers." These remarks were completely uncalled for and made the situation even more uncomfortable. When I asked for the worker’s name to provide feedback, she dismissively replied, "Don’t worry," refusing to take any accountability for her actions.
