My recent visit to Jamejam Restaurant left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. It became evident that the workers lacked the basic understanding of running a business, let alone providing satisfactory service to customers.
It appeared that their focus was solely on providing food of average quality, with no regard for the importance of professionalism and creating a welcoming atmosphere. In today's competitive market, good quality food is certainly essential, but equally vital is the friendly and hospitable environment that accompanies it.
During our visit, the unprofessional behavior of the waitstaff was glaringly apparent. They openly discussed us and our child amongst themselves, displaying a complete lack of tact and respect for our privacy.
Comparing this experience to a recent celebration at Rahsays, where we were met with exceptional support and kindness, further highlighted Jamejam Restaurant's shortcomings. It's evident that successful businesses understand the importance of treating customers with care and respect, in addition to delivering high-quality food.
In conclusion, my experience at Jamejam Restaurant was disappointing, to say the least. Until they prioritize professionalism and customer service, it's unlikely they will achieve the success...
Read moren my second visit to this delightful Persian restaurant, I found myself compelled to put fingers to keyboard and write a review. This restaurant has consistently exceeded my expectations. My initial experience here was a bit nerve-wracking, as I had invited two discerning Australian friends who take their food seriously. However, they were delighted with their choices: one opted for the Sonnati dish, while the other tasted the Lamb Shank(Baghali Polo Mahicheh). Both loved the flavors and quality of their meals, putting my concerns to rest. During my most recent visit, I decided to choose for a takeaway order of Gheime. I was surprised that my order was ready in under 10 minutes, and the pricing was quite reasonable. What truly set this dish apart, though, was the rich infusion of saffron, a rarity to encounter in most restaurants. The portion size was generous, affording me the opportunity to save some for tomorrow's lunch, although resisting the urge to finish it all in one sitting was a challenge :). I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an extraordinary Persian culinary experience in Sydney. It's no wonder I've become a loyal patron, and I can assure you that you'll want to return...
Read moreI recently dined at Jaam e Jam Persian Restaurant in Hornsby, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
The menu is a delightful exploration of Persian cuisine, with each dish beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavors. I started with the Kashk-e Bademjan, an eggplant dip that was perfectly seasoned and incredibly creamy. For the main course, the Chelo Kebab was a highlight—tender, juicy meat paired with aromatic saffron rice and grilled tomatoes.
The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the dishes and made excellent recommendations. The ambience, enhanced by traditional Persian decor, made for a truly memorable dining experience.
Jaam e Jam is a gem in Hornsby, offering a taste of Persia that is both delicious and authentic. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy high-quality Persian cuisine. Five stars...
