Hi Katie. Thank you for creating exactly the cake I'd dreamed of for the 3rd birthday cake. Everyone was delighted, enchanted, amazed - we all were- all 45 people who attended the party. Your amazing creation was character appearance accurate, inspiring and delicious too. I'm glad we got the cupcakes- they were fast neat ways of distributing cake to keen kids, and they looked very cute surrounding the Octonauts Gup creation. I just wanted to thank you for making what became the highlight of the party and for delivering it to our door. It was the best cake anyone had ever seen, including wedding spectaculars - consensus 100%- and it was a lovely conversation starter between guests who had never previously met. We asked Katie to provide a cake for the Balmain U14 Soccer Team, who made it undefeated to the Grand Finals. Katie asked for an image of the club logo and their orange / black tee-shirts. I really had no idea what to expect, but it was truly magnificent, a real work of art. The cake was their orange jersey with the club logo and Nike 'tick' with 'Congratulations Growlers'. It provided a WOW moment when the cake came out, and although the team were runners up and didn't win their last game - we had an extraordinary cake and wonderful memories. Katie was exceptional from the get-go. I asked Katie to make a beautiful Cocomelon bus birthday cake and she delivered in spades. She was also friendly, professional, communicative and reliable throughout the entire process and nothing was too hard for her. Katie’s attention to detail was superb.
