(4.5 stars) Just two blocks from Rice & Curry, the same team have opened Kuay Tiew Pochana. Here, in a sunny yellow corner store, the focus is on Thai noodle dishes. Weâre seated next to a colourful wall of plastic toys and Thai ingredients. Among them youâll find boxes of instant noodles and jars of yentafo sauce, whichâusing red fermented bean curdâturn yen ta fo (Thai pink noodle soup) into its trademark colour.
Under a crisp wonton skin, egg noodles overlaid with slices of crispy pork belly and roast pork ($21.90) swim in a clear pork bone broth. Fishcake, pork balls and greens keep your palate interested. We departed into the cold night...

I also had the Vietnam Rice Noodle, big portion, packed with meat, and such great value for the price. Couldn't stop there, of course, as a Thai noodle fan, I had to try the Yentafo (sweet and sour pink noodle soup). Loved the authentic Thai flavor!
The Thai Milk Tea was super tasty too. And funny story... I ended up taking home some Stir-Fried Sweet Pink Noodles for later, couldn't resist! đ¤Łđ¤Ł
